Coding-ai-robotics as per new education policy (NEP) 

In accordance to new Education Policy (NEP) of Government of India (Para no. 4.23, 4.24 and 4.25) announced on 29 July 2020, Every School has to arrange teaching of Coding, AI and its activities to all the students from grade 6 onwards in all the Schools across INDIA. This policy will apply to all National and State Education Boards.

Schools with 500 -800 Students

Rs. 8720/- per student will be charged per student for full academic year including 18% GST

Rs. 6720/- per student will be charged per student for full academic year including 18% GST

Schools with 801-1000 Students

Schools with 1001 plus Students

Rs. 4720/- per student will be charged per student for full academic year including 18% GST

Payment Terms
  • The above costing is based on no. of students from Grade 3rd to grade 12th
  • The above costing includes 18% GST
  • Rs. 100000/- to book “RoboSmart Lab” in your Prestigious School
  • 34% of the Total annual amount to be paid in advance before starting the Lab Operations
  • 2nd Instalment of 33% of total annual amount to be paid after 3 months of Lab Operations
  • 3rd and Final Instalment of Balance 33% of total annual amount to be paid after 6 months of Lab Operations.
  • All payments are subject to TDS deduction as applicable
  • Payment to be paid by respective Schools
  • It will be the responsibility of the School to collect fees from students separately or along with Monthly/quarterly regular fees. Schools are free to charge any amount from students irrespective of the financial agreement between us.
Scope of school's investment and infrastructure development 
  • 500-600 Sq ft of Hall or Completely Covered area
  • Furnitures and Fixtures in accordance to layout design given by RoboSmart Labs to accommodate 30- 40 students (as per School's requirement) 
  • One ideal lab should have 10 tables, each of 2.5 x 2.5 sq ft to accommodate max 4 students to work on projects. Besides these 10 tables, it should have 1 big platform of around 10 x 4 sq ft in the Centre to display bigger projects by Trainer to whole of the Class and sufficient nos. of drawers and cupboards for the storage.
  • Separate area for the Trainers and for 1 to 1 Counselling to the students
  • 12-14 PCs of latest configurations, 1 good quality Projector, WIFI - broadband / Fibre
  • Recurring expenses of Electricity & Wifi as part of School
  • 1 Assistant cum Peon exclusively for RoboSmart Labs

Scope of investment and responsibilities by Robosmart Labs
  • Appointment, Training and monthly salaries of 2-3 highly qualified and Technical Trainers ( B. Tech / BE / MCA or equivalent)
  • Initial set up of Complete RoboSmart Lab of each School including complete Robotics/STEM kits, Robots, followed by regular updation of lab with addition / replacements of new projects and regular supply of consumable components
  • Curriculum development and regular amendments of all the classes in synchronisation with National and International Educational School Boards active and India & latest of AI and Robotics Education.
  • Installation of all software related to program Robots, Robotics kits, Coding, AI and other & regular Updation
(B) Commercial School RoboSmart Labs

Up to 40% Payout
Marketing Support up to  2.5 lac
Refundable Security Deposit up to 12 Lac
Waiver of Franchisee fee
For the students of particular School, Fees structure will remain same as of School Exclusive Labs to be paid by School to RoboSmart Labs
For the other students of nearby residential areas, same School will be treated as Business Partner and will earn Handsome Payouts on Course fees to be collected by RoboSmart Labs.
Applicable course fees of private “RoboSmart Labs"
  • Annual Course fee (80 Hours) : Rs.25000/- to Rs. 30000/-  with GST
  • Short duration Quarterly Course fee (22-24 Hours): Rs. 12000/- to 15000/-with GST
  • Summer Vacations Monthly  Course Fee (22-24 Hours) : Rs. 11000/- to 14000/-  with GST
  • Online Crash Course Fee: Rs. 9900/- to  12000/- with  GST
  • Offline course with self learning E Tutorials: Pre Programmed  Robots  & Robotics kits will have different Price tags and will keep changing.
  • Specialised Course fee: As these courses are more or less customised, the fee structure will vary & totally depends upon duration of course ,  contents and trainer engagement. It can go up to 2 lac per student
Scope of school's investment and infrastructure development
  • Around 1000 Sq ft of Hall or Completely Covered area  (600 sq ft without pillar)
  • Security Deposit of 12 Lac.
  • Furnitures and Fixtures in accordance to layout design given by RoboSmart Labs
  • 12-14 PCs of latest configurations, 1 good quality Projector & High Speed WIFI
  • Separate enclosed room for the Trainers and for 1 to 1 Counselling to the students
  • School will make all payment to RoboSmart Labs after collecting from their own students. However will earn up to 40% payout of the course fee collected from the nearby students of other Schools
  • 2 Peons exclusively for RoboSmart Labs for 2 shifts for all 7 days in a week
Commercial school lab return of investment range & payback period
  • ROI 150 to 300% of Investment against 50% to 100% lab Operations for nearby Students of other Schools
  • The payback period of Commercial School Lab is almost 9 to 15 months, even if Lab is run at 50% of its capacity
  • With 50% lab operations & lower limit of fee structure, franchisee can earn commission Payout of approximately Rs. 74 lac & with operation of 100% of its capacity, commission Payout will be around Rs. 1 crore 49 lac.
